2024-25 Travel Registration

Registration is closed for the 2024-25 season. If you would like to be put on the waitlist, please reach out to chathamunitedreg@gmail.com

 

  1. Register your child HERE for the 2024-2025 Season, complete all waivers, and pay a $40 tryout fee.
    Your child will attend BOTH tryout sessions for the designate age group (week of April 15).
  2. Following tryouts, your child will be informed if they have been selected to play for Chatham United Travel Soccer for the 2024-2025 Season (likely late April or early May).
  3. You will have 15 days from this notice to accept a spot by paying the 2024-25 Travel Program Fee of $1290 (payment available in 2 equal installments).
  4. Team formation will be announced at the end of the current Spring Season (likely early June).

Online Registration:

  1. On the website navigate to "Registration" in the upper right menu.
  2. When registrations opens, you will be able to select 2024-25 Travel Tryout.
  3. If you are new to Chatham United and do not already have an account in TeamSnap, you will be asked to create an account and enter parent information. If you already have a TeamSnap account you can use that to log in
  4. Fill in the details for the participating player (be sure to use your child's full legal name rather than nicknames - this is required for insurance and registration with NJ Youth Soccer). In particular, please check that the player record contains an email address. Although the system links parent records with player records, it is helpful for the club if every player record has a contact email address.
  5. Please also make sure that your child's first and last name match their birth certificate exactly (no nicknames). We use the players names in our database to upload players into the State Registration Platform where the District Commissioner matches players to their birth certificates and approves them for carding. The name must match exactly.
  6. Answer the registration questions
  7. Acknowledge the waivers
  8. Select the Participant fee for your player’s Birth year
  9. Pay the Tryout fee of $40 + TeamSnap processing fees

 

Please note that the Tryouts for the 14U and 15U age groups are combined.

This year the deadline for requesting refunds for the Tryout Fee is April 8, 2024. This date may be updated based on when tryouts are held. Please see the FAQ page for our full refund policy.  In particular, please note that these deadlines are for player-initiated withdrawal from the program.

Any player that tries out but is not placed on a team will not be required to pay the Program fee. Any player that chooses to commit to a spot on a travel team will be required to pay the full Travel Program fee (unless pre-approved to pay via payment plan within 15 days of invoicing.

The Travel program is a multi-season commitment with league games in the Fall and Spring. Those interested in Fall only soccer should register for Chatham Recreation Soccer, registration opens later this Spring. See here for more information
