2023/24 Academy Registration

Registration for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 Academy seasons is closed. Please email to be placed on the waitlist.

All Chatham girls and boys born between January 1 2016 - September 30 2020 are welcome to register.  There are no tryouts for the Academy programs. The Fall season will run Sep-Oct and the Spring season  (8U and 7U only) will run April-June. There may be an optional indoor winter season for an additional fee.

 8U Academy

Age group: 2016 birth year
Where: Shepard Kollock
When:
Boys: Wed 5-6pm/Fri 3:45-4:45 Scrimmages: Sat 3-4
Girls: Wed 3:45-4:45/Fri 5-6pm Scrimmages: Sat 2-3
Cost: $390 ($15 late fee) registration + $200 paid in August

 

7U Academy

Age group: 7U- 2017 birth year
Where: Shepard Kollock
When:
Boys: Wed 5-6pm/Fri 3:45-4:45
Girls: Wed 3:45-4:45/Fri 5-6pm
Cost: Approximately $600 (payments split between Rec and Academy; paid in full by September 15)
Duration: Fall and Spring (8-10 weeks fall and 8 weeks spring)
**Note: Players must also register in the rec program in order to enroll in the Academy program.

 

6U Academy

Age group: 6U - 2018 birth year
Where: Shunpike Turf
When: Fri 5:15-6:15
Duration: 8 weeks September-October
Cost: $200 (limited capacity)
**Notes: Players going into Kindergarten in the Fall must also register for the kindergarten rec program to enroll in the Academy program.

 

Junior Academy

Age group: Preschool 3-5 year olds
10/1/18- 9/30/20
Where: Shunpike Turf
When: Mondays 1:30-2:30
Duration: 8 weeks September - October
Cost: $200 (limited capacity)
***Notes: Players in kindergarten should register for 6U academy and rec program.

Online Registration:

  1. Go to the Registration page from the menu and select the Academy program for your player's birth year.
  2. If you have an account on TeamSnap through Chatham United or another sport, you can log in using your existing credentials. If you do not have an account, create a new one by clicking "Don’t Have a TeamSnap Account? Sign Up".
  3. Fill in the details for the participating player (be sure to use your child's full legal name rather than nicknames - this is required for insurance and registration with NJ Youth Soccer). In particular, please check that the player record contains an email address. Although the system links parent records with player records, it is helpful for the club if every player record has a contact email address.
  4. Let us know if you are interested in becoming a parent manager. Click here for more information.

Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be issued for the fees after July 31, 2023 (other than in the case of medical reason or relocation prior to the start of the fall season, as documented in writing to the Membership Committee).

2. Fees are non-refundable in any portion, once the fall season commences, as defined by the first practice (usually held in the first week of September).
